Jan is a true Zalando veteran, with 9 years in the company under his belt. Jan joined Zalando to build out its logistics capabilities and is now leading ZEOS to productize Zalando's infrastructure, software, and expertise.

The European market presents an exciting opportunity for fashion & lifestyle brands and retailers. At the same time, it’s very difficult to navigate, with rising consumer expectations, and the increasing importance of multi-brand platforms, which adds more fragmentation and complexity to their commerce journey. At ZEOS, she leads product teams dedicated to B2B platform strategy, with a focus on the multi-channel user interfaces, and enabling fulfillment across diverse marketplaces and regions.

With 20 years of experience in product management, operations, strategy, customer growth, and business transformation in Logistics and Supply Chain, she joined the B2B product team in 2023 as a director, focusing on data science-based, algorithmic solutions to improve the efficiency of ZEOS Fulfillment, ensure partner's growth and maximize their experience.

At ZEOS, we strive for data science-based innovation. With our partner-centric mindset, we aim to provide smart solutions to support our partners in steering their business. Our goal is to enable fast growth and ensure flexibility that supports different business models.

Karolina KozlowskaProduct Director, Fulfillment and Operations

With Zalando since 2013, Tino has started in the Tech Logistics department and is responsible for creating a proprietary warehouse management system tailored to fashion & lifestyle. In 2021, he took over the responsibility as Director of Engineering.

I joined the company exactly at the moment when we opened the first Zalando-operated warehouse and it has been an incredible journey to see how we can support brands and retailers with our logistics solutions, now even beyond the Zalando platform.

After heading the Innovation & Development department at PostNord, Martin joined Zalando as Director of Digital Solutions to oversee three growth products: Zalando Shipping Solutions, Zalando Return Solutions, and Zalando Premium Logistics, an in-house carrier.

Firstly, we help existing Zalando partners to increase their customer experience on the platform. But we also extend the capabilities we have already developed beyond the Zalando platform. It's exciting to be able to create new opportunities in the field of logistics.

With previous experience from Accenture, PostNord, and H&M, Fredrik joined Zalando a year ago to lead strategy, analytics and pricing for our logistics unit.

I had the pleasure of building logistics platform businesses from scratch, starting with Zalando Fulfillment Solutions, through Zalando Premium Logistics, and recently our multi-channel fulfillment offering.
